Tooling Design Section

Advanced and accurate tooling design is the basic for qualitative products. We offer complete engineering and design assistance by using update CAD/CAM (Pro-E) system. 

As all design work is done by us, dies are designed to integrate perfectly with the specific production equipment that they will eventually be mated to. Production capabilities are never an after thought. Our goal is to create a die that offers consistent accuracy with the shortest lead-time.

Hydraulic CNC

For the reason to provide the most convenience to our customers, we have installed two hydraulic CNC turret punch presses and two CNC bending machines. With these machines, we can rapidly make a prototype of a new stamping design in just days. Even more is that, having experienced technicians, short-run production services are provided to our customers so that a fast, accurate and economic product can easily be made.

We have more than 80 experienced and well-trained technicians, using our most sophisticated machinery available in the industry today, we are able to create dies with highest efficiency and superior performance for customers.

Tooling Department

Our tooling department utilizes the latest technology with high speed CNC Vertical Machining Center. It interfaces with our design section, enabling program to be downloaded directly. It permits us to machine tools in a cost-effective manner with an unexpected short lead-time.

With these EDM wire-cut centers, we have developed diverse and highly capable EDM Department that is staffed on two shifts to meet tooling delivery demands.
